The Company:
Tabcon Ltd, the mother company, was registered in 1989; later one of its divisions Tabcon Engineering
was registered in February of 1997. Tabcon Engineering was Insured and Authorized to practice Engineering
Consultation since March of 1997.
Tabcon Engineering’s projects is closely involved with Public Sector and infrastructure, Developers,
Architects, Building Managers, Institutional Sector, Home Builders, General Contractors and Design Build companies.
The company is a multi-disciplinary consulting firm, with a productive, effective, Professional and punctual
staff. Its primary ultimate goal is client satisfaction, which will enable its infrastructure to grow
rapidly and consequently to serve the public at larger scales on National levels and International levels.
The President:
Mr. Tabrizi brings many years of experience in the Consulting Engineering discipline and specially
in the fields of Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering and Building Sciences. Since 1985,
Mr. Tabrizi has gained and demonstrated a variety of experiences within each of these fields.
Mr. Arthur Haroutioun Tabrizi earned his Civil Engineering degree in 1987 from The American University
of Beirut in Lebanon, however before his graduation he started his Engineering career; and between1985
to 1987 he gained Engineering Experiences in both countries Italy and Lebanon. Later in 1988 he
immigrated and became permanent resident of Canada, where his career in Engineering continued
with great success until this day.
Mr. Tabrizi has managed projects over Fifty million Canadian dollars during the past ten years,
all within the Greater Toronto Area in Ontario, Canada. Also, during the past ten years he has acted as
and still is the Project Captain of each and every contract signed under Tabcon Engineering.
Mr. Arthur Haroutioun Tabrizi is the sole owner of Tabcon Engineering and currently is targeting
International Real Estate Developers/Investors, International Infrastructure projects and clientele;
this fact is based on his rich knowledge in Engineering Management, Project Management and the
inspiration he received from his father Mr. Joseph Sahag Tabrizi, who was a medium size Real Estate
Condominium Developer in Beirut, Lebanon.
Mr. Arthur Haroutioun Tabrizi fluently speaks five languages: Armenian as a mother tongue, English, French,
Arabic and Italian.
